Cancellation and Refund
You have the right to cancel your order within a reasonable time frame. If the order has not been prepared or dispatched for delivery, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If the order is in the process of being delivered, please contact us immediately to determine if cancellation is possible.
Quality Concerns
At HarborCliff, we take pride in the quality of our food. If you receive an order that does not meet our standards, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt with your order number, description of the issue, and a photo (if applicable). We will evaluate the case and, at our discretion, offer a full or partial refund, a replacement, or a store credit.
Non-Delivery or Incorrect Order
If your order does not arrive or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the problem and work to correct it as quickly as possible through a full refund, re-delivery of the correct order, or issuing a store credit for future use.
Late Delivery
If your delivery arrives later than promised and the delay has caused inconvenience, please let us know. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a discount or credit on a future purchase.
